Morgan McKinley is delighted to be supporting a fantastic B-Corp business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner for a growing business based in Central Bristol.
This opportunity reports directly to the Financial Director and offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop their career.
Responsibilities for this role include (and are certainly not limited to):
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive project profitability
- Support on budgets and mid year forecasts
- Assisting with setting up of policies and procedures
- Support systemisation of finance function
- Update P2P and O2C process
- Presenting on sales information and sales pipeline
Key things:
- Qualified or Finalist (QBE will be considered)
- Experience of preparing monthly management accounts
- Good system knowledge
- Good excel skills
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders
Package:
- Salary - 50,000 - 55,000
- Time in office - 2 days
- 30 days holiday + bank holidays
- 3 volunteering days
- 5% pension contribution
