Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a well known Bristol based business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join their successful and high performing finance team.
This Finance Business Partner role requires 3 days a week in the office in North Bristol, with 2 days working from home.
As a Finance Business Partner, responsibilities will include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to determine trends, correlations and other statistical information
- To support to improve system and financial processes to drive efficiency and compliance
- Recognise trends and patterns in the data and engage with relevant business area to resolve issues
The ideal Finance Business Partner Candidate:
- Qualified or close to qualification
- Good month end experience
- Good excel skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Happy to work with internal and external stakeholders
The package:
- Salary - 55,000 - 65,000
- Hybrid working
