How you'll make an impact?

The Finance Business Partner will act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, providing valuable insights and driving initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency. You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing trusted relationships with partners in the assigned business unit to maximize commercial performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability through data analysis and strategic discussions.
  • Developing and executing actionable profit improvement plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Leading cross-functional projects to optimize financial outcomes and business operations.
  • Enhancing financial understanding within the business through tailored coaching and guidance.
  • Driving performance against budgets and key profitability objectives.
  • Taking ownership of pricing strategies, ensuring commercially sound and competitive proposals.
  • Presenting pricing recommendations and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Supporting finance process improvements and working with teams to refine reporting structures.
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes within the assigned area.

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and a background in FP&A or business partnering.
  • Experience in influencing senior decision-makers and driving commercial success.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and exposure to B2B pricing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify key drivers of profitability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a project-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and experience presenting to senior stakeholders (preferred).
