Are you organised, proactive, and ready to take your career to the next level?Our client, a rapidly growing wealth management firm, are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:

  • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the organisation
  • Maintain high data accuracy in the back-office CRM system
  • Conduct data migration and cleansing
  • Model asset migration to forecast client transitions
  • Utilise internal and third-party product provider platforms to create migration packs
  • Liaise with advisers and internal departments to ensure smooth integration
  • Track client movements and monitor resignations throughout earn-out periods
  • Provide regular monitoring dashboards to advisers
  • Build relationships and contribute to process improvements

About you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritisation, organisation, and time management abilities
  • Solid numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the financial services sector and understanding of acquisitions (preferred)
