Initially you will be running projects consisting of 75 and 400 units on a mix of housetypes close to Bristol. You will be responsible of managing the external drawing information, discharging planning conditions and working with the land and build teams.
We are looking to hear from applicants who have worked for housebuilders who have an outstanding construction knowledge. You will have experience in running all the architectural and engineering aspects on new build projects and be able to work within cost and time-frames.
