My developer client is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their medium sized team in Bristol. This is due to an increase in their current workload across their region. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic about learning, developing their skills, and contributing positively to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse technical drawings and trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of drawings, documents, and revisions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables to the management team.
  • Support the project team in meeting deadlines and achieving project milestones.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in learning and professional development.
  • Previous experience in a technical coordination or related role within the construction or development industry is advantageous.
  • Ideally comes from an engineering background
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to the site as required.
  • UK based experience, ideally in residential construction
