Responsibilities

  • Manage complex call for tenders including trans-national projects, according to GP process, negotiating the offers including terms and conditions to ensure optimal conditions for the client
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal conditions and mitigate potential risks for the client. Manage the life cycle of the contracts with suppliers.
  • Lead MFT (Multi-functional teams) meetings with stakeholders for the allocated portfolio of activities, to formulate and implement the procurement strategy aligning with customers' business needs.
  • Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools.
  • Drive competitiveness and financial efficiency - Identify and optimize bundling opportunities to leverage the buying power of the client in the Country/ Region, generate savings and reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Contribute to budget elaboration within their scope of activity
  • Ensure that the supply chain meets the clients sustainability and ethical standards
  • Develop and maintain an efficient supply chain that meets the clients needs
  • Ensure that deliverables meet the clients quality, cost, and time requirements

Skills

  • Experience in procurement
  • Experience in teamwork in an intercultural environment
  • Project management skills would be a plus
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial key indicators
  • Knowledge of contract management and negotiation
  • Technical background a plus
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Good presentation skills
  • Google workspace
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus
