Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sports? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Partnerships.


The Role:

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and drive the Club's partnership, sponsorship, and premium matchday strategy.

  • Client Relationships: Build and enhance long-term relationships with existing partners and clients while attracting new customers.

  • Collaborative Work: Work alongside marketing and media teams to grow revenue through the Club's digital platforms.

  • Leadership: Lead the partnership account management team to ensure exceptional service for commercial partners.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive innovation in commercial opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive partnership, sponsorship, and premium matchday revenue streams.

  • Define target markets and develop business activities to increase sales.

  • Provide board-level reporting on successes and areas for improvement.

  • Represent the Club at industry events.

  • Manage the Club's major partners and ensure high levels of repeat business.


Experience Required:

  • Degree level education or equivalent.

  • Professional background in sports.

  • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to influence and engage at a senior level.

  • Experience in driving high standards of service within teams.

  • Willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
