Procurement Administrator Salary and Benefits

Procurement Administrator Overview

  • Place and manage material orders for operational departments and engineers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
  • Update material specifications and liaise with merchants and suppliers.
  • Maintain New Build Site Sheets and Material Forecast Sheets on OneDrive.
  • Handle communications with field-based engineers regarding procurement needs.
  • Communicate with suppliers for material procurement.
  • Assist other Procurement Team members and complete ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Adhere to Company Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment Policies.

Procurement Administrator Requirements

  • Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Excel, OneDrive and Outlook.
  • Previous Procurement experience
