We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader / Supervisor, for one of our clients based in Yatton. This is a permanent role Mon-Fri on a rotating shift 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.
Previous production / manufacturing experience would be an advantage, although not essential asfull training will be provided. However, candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, conscientious and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Monitor employee performance and reports
- Prepare and submit shift reports
- Managing and organising work load and duties
- Induct, train and motivate new employees
- Material checks to ensure the right equipment and products are used.
- Prepare and schedule work plans
Personal Competencies:
- Attention to detail
- Methodical approach when problem solving
- Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- Team player
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
