Are you an experienced leader with a Counterbalance Licence looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team in Bristol!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in the unloading/loading of trucks and shipping containers.
- Book goods into our facility using computers, tablets, and scanners—requiring basic IT skills and good literacy.
- Ensure accurate picking and labelling of goods for both export and domestic delivery.
- Safely operate Electric Forklift and Reach trucks (Counterbalance Licence required).
- Maintain team safety standards and ensure deadlines are met with attention to detail.
- Oversee the screening of goods and threat detection using x-ray and hand search methods.
Requirements:
- Counterbalance Licence is a must.
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong organisational skills, a commitment to safety, and an ability to manage diverse tasks.
