I am working with one of the countries leading Tier 1 Main Contractors that are set to deliver a 25m commercial build on the outskirts of Bristol.
Following a record breaking year last year, my client are now looking to further grow by developing a presence in the South West.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist in management of subcontractor accounts
* Ensuring costings are accurate and preparing budgets
* Procuring packages
* Assist with budget control throughout project development
This role would suit someone who has experience in the above and can hit the ground running.
