We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a landmark £60m student accommodation project in Bristol. This long-term opportunity (3 years) offers stability and competitive salary.
The Role:
- Full commercial management of the project
- Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations.
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial performance.
- Contract administration (JCT or NEC experience beneficial).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in student accommodation, residential, or similar high-rise projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage commercial aspects effectively.
- Available for a long-term freelance contract.
Working for a Tier 1 Contractor who have a full order book for 2025
