Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a landmark £60m student accommodation project in Bristol. This long-term opportunity (3 years) offers stability and competitive salary.

The Role:

• Full commercial management of the project
• Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations.
• Cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial performance.
• Contract administration (JCT or NEC experience beneficial).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects 
• Strong background in student accommodation, residential, or similar high-rise projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage commercial aspects effectively.
• Available for a long-term freelance contract.
