A reputable Construction and Property Consultancy are looking for a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team.
The Project Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team delivering projects across the UK, Europe, and Australia.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will engage in a diverse range of projects across the healthcare, retail, heritage, education, hotel, commercial, and residential sectors.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will spend three days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. A key aspect of the role will be to support, mentor, and guide junior team members.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor eager to progress into a Senior role within a dynamic, flexible, and growth-oriented environment.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred but not essential
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
