Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Fit-Out SectorBristol Area, BS11£45-55K, 26 days leave plus Bank Holidays

39 Hours, Mon-Fri, Flexible start/end times, Office based roleAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a permanent role in the Bristol area? You will working as part of a small team for a sub contractor in the fit out sector. The role is with a well established installation subcontractor company focusing on specialist fit outs and interiors so you will be on main contractor works. The company are renowned for a friendly and supportive working environment and a great reputation with clients. The position is to work throughout the project lifecycle (pre tender, pre-construction, construction, post construction) aiming for a strong commercial outcome on all projects The role

1. Permanent, full time role based in the Bristol area. Mainly office based with a little travel
2. Company focus on the installation on interiors-doors, floors etc.
3. Contractual commercial support to both the tendering/BDM team then to the Project Delivery Team throughout the life of a project
4. Working as part of a small team

The person

1. Experienced and qualified QS with experience throughout the project lifecycle
2. From a Subcontractor background
3. Experience of interior fit-outs
