They ensure successful investment outcomes through expert project oversight. As they expand their Fund Monitoring team, they seek a meticulous and passionate Monitoring Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
Role Overview: Are you detail-oriented with a passion for construction and finance? This role involves overseeing and assessing a diverse range of projects, including residential (70%), healthcare, commercial, leisure, student accommodation, industrial, and hotels. Key duties include:
- Project Assessment: Evaluate all project stages, from cost estimates to risk management.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct monthly site visits to monitor progress, adherence to budget, and schedule.
- Collaboration: Work with valuers, solicitors, and stakeholders to produce comprehensive reports.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed progress and financial reports with insights and recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests.
