A leading contractor renowned for excellence in the Leisure and Retail sectors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dedicated team. Day to Day of the Role:
- Work closely with an experienced team of Surveyors, Buyers, and Estimators.
- Provide cost management and cost control for projects.
- Engage in a fast-moving and interesting workload, ensuring the financial success of key accounts.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Contribute to the team's success through effective cost analysis and budget management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Leisure and Retail sectors but the client is happy to talk to candidates with other project experience.
- Strong understanding of cost management and cost control practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
