Reed is delighted to be working with one of the premium fitout and refurbishment companies in the region.
We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor, providing essential QS and cost management support to seven Contracts Managers within the fast-paced shopfitting industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
Collaborate with Contracts Managers to ensure effective QS and cost management across multiple projects.
Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular financial reports and forecasts.
Negotiate and manage framework contract rates and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and provide advice on any potential financial risks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all projects.
Take off from measurements and Bills of Quantities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fitout and refurbishment sectors.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Familiarity with framework contract rates and cost management practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
