Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects with high levels of commercial competency, accountability, and quality.
  • Work closely across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery within budget to enable growth.
  • Be client-facing to promote business development and growth, while cross-selling services and locations.
  • Embrace the company culture to develop greater teamwork and mentor/develop colleagues.
  • Provide specialist advice to stakeholders and clients, while broadening your own technical, commercial, and legal knowledge.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A track record of managing and leading projects across highways, rail, energy, and utility sectors.
  • Membership or progression towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
  • Extensive experience with common forms of Construction Contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Prism or other reporting systems.
  • Excellent understanding of industry best practices and standards.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate people to successfully deliver projects and unlock future talent.
