A leading specialist contractor is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work in their busy Commercial team.
With an ever-increasing order book for next year, they are seeking to add to the growing team, working with some leading retail supermarket brand names you will work on large accounts. Projects are fast track refurbishments and fitouts, across the country.
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be based in their busy Bristol office most of the time but also must be prepared to visit sites and clients when necessary.
In the role you will oversee all aspects of Commercial Management on the project, from measuring and pricing to final accounts, generally working on several projects at the same time.
 For this role, the client is ideally seeking a candidate with a few years’ experience. Some refurbishments or fitout experience in the retail or commercial sector would be an advantage but the client is happy to talk to Quantity Surveyors with different experience in Contracts, subcontracting or consultancy.
