A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol.
This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a 150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.
Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.
My client are looking for a candidate with good Main Contractor experience, ideally within a Tier 1 field. You will have support in the form of an existing Commercial team, whilst reporting into a Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead.
