Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol. What You'll Be Doing:
·Providing end-to-end Quantity Surveying services, from cost planning and estimating to tender documentation and final account settlements.
·Managing contractor payments, change management, and financial forecasting during the construction phase.
·Preparing commercial reports and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project delivery.
·Developing strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and project success.
What We're Looking For:
·A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
·Experience in pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying.
·Familiarity with NEC4 ECC contracts and standard methods of measurement (CESMM4/MMHW).
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Experience in civils, highways, or public realm projects (desirable but not essential).
·Membership (or working towards) RICS or an equivalent professional body.
