Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and manage financial reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project success.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Running projects up to c. 5m.
