A successful building and property consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

In this position, the Quantity Surveyor will manage a diverse portfolio of projects within the residential, mixed-use, and education sectors. Your duties will include both pre- and post-contract tasks such as cost estimation, budget planning, preparing contracts and tender documents, financial reporting, and facilitating client and site meetings.Top of Form

The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have a RICS accredited Quantity Surveying Degree.

  • 2+ years of experience within a consultancy environment
  • Actively working towards or already achieved MRICS
  • Strong experience in pre-contract processes
  • Proven experience on projects within the built environment
