I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a high-rise residential scheme in Bristol, this is a legacy project with 2 years remaining on a Construction Management contract, with a project value of £30-40 million.

The role is to act as the number two quantity surveyor on site, working with the subcontractors dealing with procurement, cost variations, cost reporting and much more.

For this role the client is seeking a candidate with proven experience on medium to large projects, who has a good track record of dealing with subcontractors.

You will work with a good team of QSs and operational site, working well together to ensure the project is delivered to program and budget.
