This established main contractor have an immediate need to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to run two projects in the Southwest of England.

You will as a Quantity Surveyor need to be capable of running multiple projects as this role is for two similar student accommodation projects in the Bristol and Bath. You will work a hybrid role and split your time between both projects and home working and report into a Commercial Manager.

The projects are valued at £7.5m and £4m in value and will start on site in the coming weeks and are due to complete at the end of this year.

Duties will include Payments, procurement, subcontractor accounts, variations and CVRs.

For this Quantity Surveying position, you will have over 4yrs post graduate experience or equivalent and will have worked on both refurbishment and new build construction projects and have a clear understanding of commercial managing both types of construction.
