An amazing Project & Programme Services team within a leading consultancy firm are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties, from project inception through to completion, working alongside a project team.
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documents.
  • Provide construction phase services including change management, contractor payment applications, forecasts and final accounts.
  • Preparation of commercial reports for client use.
  • Working collaboratively with other disciplines to provide an integrated approach to client delivery.
  • Develop client relationships and provide an outstanding level of service delivery on a project basis, in conjunctions with senior management.


Requirements:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying.
  • Conversant in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties.
  • NEC4 ECC contract experience.
  • Understanding of methods of measurement (CESMM4/MMHW).
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and on own initiative.
  • Civils/Highway/Public Realm experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A member or working towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
