Quantity Surveyor
Location - Bristol
Rate - Competitive
We are recruiting for Quantity Surveyor, you will be working for Tier 1 contractor based in Bristol on a contract capacity. The ideal candidate must have highways experience and have good knowledge of NEC4, option A,B and C.
Requirements:
- Highways experience
- NEC4 option A,B and C knowledge.
- Prepare Take offs, tender and contract documents, including bills of quants.
- Preparation and submission of valuations.
- Review material requirements and placing orders as per site request.
- Producing cost reports (CVR's) on projects.
- Working closely with Contracts Manager to ensure schemes are on program and within budget.
- Management of subcontractor accounts.
- Liaising with client / clients representatives.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant qualifications and preferably have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or intermediate Quantity Surveyor within highways projects. They should also be articulate, pro-active with excellent, strong communication and IT skills.
