Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor looking to work for a renowned international consultancy? We are seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels-from graduates to senior professionals-to join our clients dynamic team on a permanent basis. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects, including MOD sites, power stations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control project costs, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work progress aligns with financial planning.
  • Support in the preparation of cost reports, valuations, and financial forecasts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience for the level you're applying for (Graduate, Assistant, Intermediate, Senior QS).
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in working on commercial sites, such as MOD sites, power stations, or similar, is an advantage but not essential for graduates.
