Are you ready to take the next step in your Quantity Survey career? Our client, a dynamic and ambitious project management, cost consulting and building surveying form, is seeking a talented individual to join our Bristol office as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client has rapidly grown to become a leading player in the industry with 4 offices in the UK , the y pride themselves on their personable approach and their commitment to delivering high-quality projects nationwide. Their diverse portfolio includes projects in mixed-use developments, assisted living, health, residential, commercial and more, totalling over £5oo million.

The Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our Bristol office. Collaborating with their experienced team , you will be involved in a variety of projects, ranging from large commercial ventures to heritage regeneration schemes. Your responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle, from procurement and design to delivery and post-contract duties. This is a client-facing role where your expertise and communication skills will be essential in proving professional advice and building strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
  • Ideally MRICS/CIOB qualified or in the process of sitting the APC
  • Proven track record in both professional and project-based work
  • Experience in procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors
  • Ability to advise clients on program, cost and procurement implications
  • Proficiency in managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams
  • Strong understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations and defect diagnosis
