Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Bristol. The business undertakes notable schemes across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors with projects valuing up to 100mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and many projects are procured via local and government frameworks.
About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
This opportunity is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor to work on an upcoming healthcare scheme just outside of Bristol. The project is valued circa 11mil and will be administered via an NEC form of contract.
Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Build relationships with client teams
- Manage junior Surveyors in the team
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience administering JCT / NEC forms of contract
- Experience working on framework projects
- Live within commutable distance to Bristol
