A new client to Sphere are looking to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.
Your new company are a large Regional Main Contractor / Subcontractor, who typically specialise within Facade, Roofing, Cladding, and Refurbishment schemes, withina 50 mile radius oftheir Bristol Office (Almondsbury). This includes Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire, and parts of South Wales.
You willhave relevant Degree level qualifications, a proven track record within construction across similar roles, and good experiencewith NEC 4 and JCT contracts.
Further support will be given in the form of an existing Commercial Team, whilst reporting into senior members of staff.
