A reputable, hardworking, and fast-growing Construction & Property Consultancy in Bristol is seeking a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The newly hired Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a reputable, interdisciplinary consulting firm with more than 60 years of experience in the field. The company has grown tremendously, going from a staff of 60 to over 180 experts spread across six offices across the country. It has continued to go from strength to strength.

Their commitment to organic growth, coupled with their focus on ongoing professional development and customized career plans, is a fundamental factor in their success. In this expansion and improvement, you will be an essential Senior Quantity Surveyor. Along with directing programs in a range of industries, including education, higher education, blue light/local authority, retail, residential, and healthcare, the new senior quantity surveyor will also serve as an employers agent.

For a hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a diversified career with an interesting array of schemes, the ability to oversee and coach junior surveyors, and the possibility to truly make a contribution within a close-knit but constantly growing team, this could be the ideal opportunity.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards (not essential)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
