An established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in Bristol is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to collaborate closely with their Quantity Surveying Director.
This leadership role involves mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors and supporting their professional growth throughout their APC journey.
The successful candidate will manage a variety of projects, including office fit-outs, healthcare developments, and residential schemes from inception to completion.
Candidates should ideally have a consultancy background, pre and post contract experience, and a successful track record in project management, with MRICS qualification preferred.
The position offers a salary range of £50,000 - £65,000, along with benefits such as 25 days annual leave, a pension contribution, and a hybrid working structure.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a pivotal role within the consultancy. You will lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance throughout their APC journey and supporting their professional growth.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a wide range of projects, including office fit-outs, healthcare developments, private and volume residential schemes, and local authority projects. You will be involved from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery across multiple sectors.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a forward-thinking individual with strong leadership skills, ready to take on a key role in both project delivery and team development.

MRICS qualification is preferred
A successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion
Consultancy background is key
Both pre & post contract experience
