- Acting as the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the South west region
- Producing site commercial manuals and variation records.
- Ensuring compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards through adherence to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
The Person:
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role.
- Comprehensive understanding of contract law (NEC3/4) and contract costing.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Full UK Driving License.
