An established and forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Bristol.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth of the Quantity Surveying team while delivering exceptional cost management services to a range of high-profile clients.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Cost Management Partner to develop and grow the wider QS team, contributing to the business's strategic growth plans.
You will provide expert professional advice to clients, managing projects from feasibility through to completion. Key responsibilities include feasibility studies, cost planning, tender reporting, post-contract management, and agreeing final accounts.
This role offers the chance to lead on diverse and exciting projects while mentoring junior team members and enhancing client relationships.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a career-focused individual, eager to lead and support a team.
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Consultancy experience
- Experience delivering projects across a myriad of sectors
- Previous team management experience is ideal
