A dynamic and well-respected Construction and Property Consultancy in Bristol is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 60 years of industry success. The firm has experienced significant growth, expanding from a team of 60 to over 180 professionals across six offices nationwide.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also take on the role of Employer's Agent, leading projects across diverse sectors, including education, higher education, blue light/local authority, retail, residential, and healthcare.
This role is ideal for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a varied workload, opportunities to mentor and manage junior surveyors, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a close-knit yet rapidly expanding team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
- Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
- Strong pre & post contract experience
