A dynamic and highly respected Construction and Property Consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with over 60 years of continued success in the industry.

With a strong national presence, the practice has experienced impressive growth - expanding from a 60-strong team to over 180 professionals across six offices throughout the UK. A key driver behind this success is their commitment to organic growth, coupled with a strong focus on tailored career development and ongoing professional training.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will contribute directly to the firm's continued expansion and play a central role in delivering projects while supporting junior team members. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also take on the role of Employer's Agent, leading a range of exciting schemes across multiple sectors including education, higher education, blue light, local authority, retail, residential, and healthcare.

This is an ideal position for a confident, hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a varied and rewarding role. With opportunities to lead diverse projects, mentor less experienced colleagues, and make a tangible difference within a close-knit but ambitious team, this role offers a clear path for continued progression within a dynamic environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
  • UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
  • Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
