A dynamic, energetic, and highly regarded Construction & Property Consultancy in Bristol is looking for a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 60 years of industry success.
The firm has experienced significant growth, expanding from 60 to over 180 professionals across six offices nationwide. Their continued success is driven by a commitment to organic growth, professional development, and personalised career progression, and the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in this journey.
In this role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will also take on Employers Agent responsibilities, leading projects across a variety of sectors, including education, higher education, blue light / local authority, retail, residential, and healthcare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a diverse and engaging role with exposure to a wide range of projects. The role also offers the chance to mentor and manage junior surveyors while making a tangible impact within a close-knit yet rapidly growing team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- MRICS or actively working towards APC
- Consultancy experience is preferred
- Employers Agent / Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
- Strong pre & post contract experience
