The Role:

As a Lettings Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the lettings team. You’ll be supporting the lettings process from start to finish, working closely with landlords, tenants, and colleagues to ensure a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with property listings, marketing, and viewings.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings process.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and managing compliance documentation.
  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Managing databases and ensuring records are up to date.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in property, sales, or strong administration skills (lettings experience is a plus but not essential).
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a people-focused role.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and motivated attitude with a passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
