- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth and efficient tenancy processes.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Arrange viewings and assist with tenant applications, referencing, and paperwork.
- Handle rent payments, renewals, and general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings regulations and company policies.
- Support the team in achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a lettings or property management role is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license (preferred, but not essential).
- Competitive salary of £26,000 + commission (OTE £28,000).
