We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help clients find their perfect homes.

Role Overview:As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lettings team, helping clients find their ideal rental properties while providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial inquiries through to successful tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive property information to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and process tenancy agreements and related documentation.
  • Keep up-to-date with local market trends and property legislation.
  • Manage and maintain the property database, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients throughout the lettings process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a lettings or property management role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven attitude with a passion for property.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the Bristol area and its property landscape is advantageous.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
