Residential Conveyancer - BristolSalary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

The Role:As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional client care, building lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
