They are now looking to expand their dynamic team by adding a Senior Negotiator with excellent Estate Agency skills.

Senior Negotiator Role Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced estate agency professional to join a growing team. You’ll play a key role in conducting valuations, winning instructions, and negotiating successful property sales. Senior Negotiator Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice on pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers
  • Market properties effectively to generate interest and secure offers
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Stay informed about the local property market and industry trends
  • Support junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
  • Meet and exceed client expectants
  • Senior Negotiator Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a negotiator in residential sales
  • Successful track record in conducting property valuations
  • Strong knowledge of the Chew Valley property market and surrounding areas
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and a team player
  • Full UK driving license

Senior Negotiator Package and Benefits:

  • Salary Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000
  • 28 days of holiday inc Bank Holidays
  • Use of company pool car
  • On-site parking
  • Monday to Friday schedule with 1 in 2 Saturdays (5 day week)
