We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee approximately 180 properties in some of the most prestigious locations in Central Bristol. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently. While experience in Property Management is advantageous, candidates with any Lettings industry experience and a willingness to learn will be considered. Day-to-day of the role:- Liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure compliance with gas safety, EICRs, and smoke alarms.
- Conduct HMO visits and liaise with Bristol City Council.
- Perform routine inspections of properties.
- Manage checkouts when tenants vacate.
- Arrange post-tenancy works and liaise with landlords to minimise costs.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Experience in Property Management or Lettings industry is beneficial.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Must own a car and possess a full driving licence.
- Holiday allowance of 22 days plus bank holidays.
