Responsibilities include dealing with property maintenance, rent reviews & renewals, providing landlord feedback, and organizing pre-tenancy cleaning/maintenance
Strong administrative and IT skills are required, along with the ability to work as part of a team and excellent organization and communication skills
Career progression is available and training is provided for this role

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to deal with property maintenance, rent reviews & renewals for their large portfolio of fully managed properties.

They are seeking someone already involved in the lettings industry who is up to date with current regulations.

This is a Monday - Friday role with NO weekends.

Responsibilities will include:

·Dealing with property maintenance issues - Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors accordingly and keeping all parties updated·Issuing works orders and invoices onto the system, and carrying out inspections on the managed properties.·Rent reviews and renewals·Provide landlord feedback·Organise relevant pre-tenancy cleaning/maintenance inventories with preferred contractors.·Ensuring property files on database are up to date·Ensuring property visits (inspections) are up to date·Book Inventories with preferred contractors

In addition, you will require:

Strong administrative and IT skillsThe ability to work as part of a successful teamSuperb organisation and communication skills

Must Have: Own car, a full driving licence

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
