The role involves liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords, addressing maintenance issues, conducting inspections, managing check-outs, and overseeing safety compliance.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a full UK driving license, and be knowledgeable about current legislation.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 and Monday to Friday working hours from 9am to 5pm.
Additional benefits include 28 days of holiday, an extra day of holiday for each year of service, and a yearly trip, usually abroad.

The Role:- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords to foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.- Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.- Conducting routine inspections to ensure properties meet the required standards and identifying any areas for improvement.- Managing check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for departing tenants and preparing properties for new occupants.- Overseeing safety compliance, ensuring all properties adhere to the latest regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate:- At least 2 years s experience within a similar role- A full UK driving licence and access to a car- Up to date with current legislation- A problem solver with a 'CAN DO' attitude
