- Managing the day-to-day property portfolio including reactive maintenance requests, repairs, and tenant communication
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties meet compliance and regulations requirements
- Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiating lease agreements and renewals with tenants
- Ensuring that all leases are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities
- Day to day will involve dealing with reactive maintenance requests, organising compliance certification, dealing with end of tenancy deposit returns (occasional disputes) and proactive works required in between tenancies to maintain rental value.
- Experience in a Property Manager role or similar lettings role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Basic salary 24k-26k
- Monday to Friday work pattern - no weekend working
