Reed is hiring a Real Estate Senior Administrator to join a national law firm on a full time, permanent basis in Central Bristol.
It is essential that you have had exposure to working in a transactional law firm. Any technical skills/real estate experience is really beneficial, e.g. transactional knowledge / property law / residential property work. An ability to understand client pressures, commercial residential background, post completion teamwork experience will benefit you.
Hybrid working after initial training period.
Monday – Friday, 9-5.
Day-to-day of the role:
Proactively manage workload, quality, and resources within your section.Oversee and ensure the quality and timely completion of tasks assigned to your section, escalating issues as necessary.Regularly review Section MI, identify trends, and discuss insights with the Project Manager, Legal Lead, and MLS Operations Manager.Collaborate with the Team Lead to monitor work methods, identify inefficiencies and risks, and escalate relevant issues.Conduct regular team meetings to keep the team informed about developments, progress, and performance.Utilise various management tools to maintain work quality, policy compliance, and standards, including MI.Ensure supervision meetings and appraisals are conducted, and work with the Team Lead and HR to address staff-related issues such as performance, sickness, and absence.Assist the Team Lead in developing team talent by identifying individual potential.Support team members in achieving objectives through delegation, coaching, mentoring, and training.Actively promote the firm's culture and team ethos.Assist the Team Lead with training and onboarding new employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Support the Team Lead in recruitment activities, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience in service delivery management, particularly in real estate (commercial and residential).
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with Land Registry and HMRC processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
